Blueberries for better memory — Recipes included!

I read somewhere that Blueberry juice helps better your memory.

For a forgetful guy like me, a memory boost would be good..

So after a bit of online research,  I found that blueberries are:

  • High in Antioxidants that neutralizes harmful by-products called "free radicals" that can lead to cancer and other age-related diseases.
  • Lowers cholesterol better than prescription drugs. (Based on a resesarch by US Department of Agriculture)
  • Prevents urinary tract infections
  • Improves memory, coordination and balance
  • Improves Eyesight due to a very high concentration of anthocyanin, a natural compound linked with many health benefits including reducing eyestrain and more.
  • Blueberries have been shown to have a positive effect on aging. In animal studies, blueberries appear to reverse some aspects of brain aging.

I think I should start getting some blueberries in my system..
