Yesterday I was browsing instructables.com and I found a very simple way to make your own ice cream in 5 minutes. http://www.instructables.com/id/5-minute-Ice-Cream/
So I dropped by to the supermarket and got the ingredients I needed..
Got some fresh strawberries…
Whipping Cream & sugar…
So according to the instructions, all you need to do is mix it all with a blender…
lesson learnt though was to wash and prep the fruit first before freezing..
Back to the process…
Blend it all together..
And tadaaaaaa….. YUMMM
Made some extras to be frozen for tomorrow..
